FAQs

  • All past medications and dosages (preferably with a time-frame and what the end result was), current mental health providers, formal medical diagnoses, formal psychiatric diagnoses, formal family psychiatric history diagnoses, prior treatments received (psychotherapy, hospitalizations, programs).

  • This depends on you! Though, I’d highly recommend a consultation if you have had at least 5 medication trials, you currently have multiple medical chronic conditions, or you are seeking a sliding scale for service rates.

  • This is dependent upon how much history we have to cover and potential complexity of your diagnosis. If we cannot cover all information in a 60-minute visit, I will recommend a follow-up appointment at the end of our visit.

  • If you are insured, I recommend looking into your plan’s insurance policy for reimbursements. If you are not insured or have low coverage for reimbursements, we can discuss a sliding scale. You can find more information about both here.

  • Please sign into the client portal as soon as possible and cancel your appointment. Clients who cancel appointments less than 24 hours before our scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service rate. Clients who do not show up for the appointment will be charged the full service rate.
